I just ate 8lbs of Oatmeal
and god do i feel uncomfortable....
I have three beautiful sons that are lucky enough to look like their Mother. I spend all of my time with those little bastards. I'm rated 18th in the World for Competitive Eating. It makes my Mom nervous, she thought I was going to be a Doctor.

my head is all woozey, my eyes are bloodshot, and obviously my stomach is pretty f'ing full. I totally feel like falling asleep....insulin coma....
how long does that take to eat? And really, so all the kids understand... how much is that? Like how many bowls? That just seems overwhelming.
some of the reasons i'm using oatmeal to stretch my stomach is that it's inexpensive, available in quantities, easy to eat, and somewhat low in calories. I dont race this food, and give myself 30 minutes to get it all down. It usually takes about 20 minutes though at a leisurely pace.
I have it all measured out by weight, and I kinda drink it out of paper coffee cups, so it's hard to gauge how many bowls that is. I'm going to estimate that it's 16 of those instant packets.
either way it's an aweful lot of food, and i was way out of it for a few hours, i think all of the carbs kill your blood chemistry.
today my guts hurt
must be working
geez louise steakie! I can't imagine eating this much of anything... I like oatmeal but crap! That's a lot! I like potatoes a lot but I don't think I could eat a whole bag and that's only 5 lbs. I'm really trying to think of something I could eat that much of... nope can't do it.
does eating chicken wings mess with your blood chem like the carbs? I never thought of that being an issue.
no the fat and protein make you full very early and you only feel sick in the stomach, not the head (as much)
....all food weights dont compare apples to apples, as prepared oatmeal has alot of water that will pass through the stomach wall at a higher rate than potatoes
also I've been preparing for this for a few months before i even mentioned it here.....
it all comes down to preparation and pain management...
