OK, now spend the next week or so picturing me here:
My kids have gone here every summer of their lives, my wife has been coming since we were dating, this is my 36th consecutive summer, my Mother's 62nd consecutive summer, and would have been my Grandfathers 85th or so.
What do you call that? Tradition? Illness?

Everyone: It was a GREAT week with the wife and kids, The weather was a wonderful break from the 100 degree plus Philly climate. I'm refreshed and ready to start a new year.

Steakbellie, the day of your pizza contest, i might have to face JOey Chestnut and eater x, along with Crazy legs maybe for the horseshoe contest. SO dont feel too bad. Then, next week, I will be on to Indiana for the Chow down Championship. I can't wait. Good luck in pizza. Just keep swalling big pieces after dunking. I believe in you steakbellie man!

Sicilian: I understand #3,4,and 5 will be at Pizza, so you're not alone in getting the smack-down. Those Horseshoes sound pretty good though. I'll look for some photos posted on trencher of the event.
