Where are the Comapssionate Conservatists? Where are the people with the 'Support Our Troops' bumper stickers? Shouldnt helping these poor men and women, be a part of our War Spending?

Shouldn't it be taking the place of our War Spending?
It makes me ill... We have Iraq War veterans who are homeless here in little Sioux City, Iowa. That shouldn't be... They volunteered to help us as a nation when we needed them. Now they need us.
